Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a new book?
From the Books tab, tap the "+ New Book" button. Enter your book title, description, and select a genre. Your book will appear on your dashboard ready for chapters.
How do I sync my writing across devices?
Your writing syncs automatically when you're signed in. Changes made on your phone will appear on the web, and vice versa. Just make sure you're connected to the internet.
Can I export my books?
Yes! You can export your books to PDF, DOCX, or EPUB formats. Go to your book's settings and select "Export" to download your work.
Is my writing private?
Absolutely. Your writing is private by default. Only you can see your books and documents unless you explicitly choose to share them with collaborators.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will delete all your books, chapters, and documents.
What if I lose my work?
Writer's Dream automatically saves your work as you write. We also maintain backups to help recover your content if needed. Contact support if you need help recovering lost work.
